About the use of our services
Rates: All rates shown are net per person in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Validity is stated in each case. Rates do not include any items other than those specified. All rates are subject to modification without previous notice.
Commissions/discounts/special prices: When applicable, these will be duly informed.
Reservations: Reservations must be received in written and will be confirmed in the same way.
Payments: Full prepayment of all accommodation and services confirmed is required unless special arrangements have been made. Payment instructions will be duly informed in each case. If payment does not reach our office or bank in time, we reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. This shall not, however, release the party making the reservation from any costs which suppliers may demand from us. In order to reconfirm accommodation or services during high season or for special cases deposits may be required. The payment and cancellation conditions will be duly informed in each case.
Modifications: Schedules can be changed without previous notice if need be due to reasons beyond our control or for a better operation. In case any service cannot be provided, we will refund it in full:
· Services purchased through Tour Operator or Travel Agency: to the Agency that requested the services. No refunds will be done directly to passengers.
· Services purchased directly by the passengers: way to refund will be agreed on with the passengers.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in written. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged when applicable.
Liability: TC TANGO (E. V. y T., Leg. 10.455) acts only as agent between passenger and transportation companies, hotels and other suppliers and may not be held liable or responsible in any way for accidents, losses, injuries, damages, delays or other irregularities that may occur to passengers taking services or to their luggage or items of personal nature.
Purchase of our services implies the complete acceptance of the present conditions. |
